Some of the most meaningful connections happen outside the boardroom. On 2 October 2026, we took that spirit to the green at Omeya Golf Course, bringing together 18 teams for a day of golf, connection and community impact.

Our annual Charity Golf Day was about more than a good swing or friendly competition. It was an opportunity to bring our clients, partners and supporters together around something bigger than business: making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.

With Nedbank Namibia joining us as our main sponsor, the day was a reminder of what can happen when organisations come together with a shared purpose.

This year, that purpose extended to the Side by Side Early Intervention Centre. By supporting an organisation dedicated to helping children and their families, we were able to connect a day of networking and sport with a cause that matters.

For us at Rent-A-Drum, this is an important part of how we think about business.

Our work in environmental services is ultimately about impact: protecting resources, supporting more sustainable practices and helping businesses manage their environmental responsibilities. But responsibility doesn’t stop at the services we provide. It also lives in the relationships we build, the partnerships we nurture and the communities we invest in.

That is why initiatives like our Charity Golf Day matter. They create space for people to connect beyond their day-to-day roles, strengthen relationships and contribute to something with a lasting purpose.
