Meet Tlhabano Modise, known to many as Boeta. He is a shining example of courage, discipline, and the power of unwavering self-belief.
At 21 years old, Tlhabano joined Rent-A-Drum with determination and a dream for a better future. He began his journey as an Office Gardener while simultaneously rewriting Grade 12, balancing hard work with his academic goals. He helped wherever he could, always showing initiative, humility, and a commitment to growth.
His dedication soon opened new doors. In 2024, Tlhabano transitioned into the Finance Department as a Creditors Capturing Clerk, proving that effort and consistency truly pay off. Today, in 2025, he proudly serves as a Creditors Clerk, all while pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management at NUST.
Tlhabano’s journey is a powerful reminder that anything is possible when you show up, put in the work, and never give up. Progress may take time, but with perseverance, every step forward becomes worth it.
